  • This is a refurbished former office block and seems to have been a mixed-use building:

    The top two floors appear to have been added around 2014 which have the non-compliant cladding. The lower floors are part of the original concrete facade and have look like they have been rendered. The balconies also look like they could have part timber structures which could have spread the fire between floors.

  • But those chemicals it gets treated with are the kind of forever chemicals and once they do
    combust the smoke is more toxic.
