Dammit

Regarding the Philos, I ordered one with the 200 series burrs, because the majority of reviews that I have found suggest that they would be better suited to the type of coffee I usually go for, but when available on their own I'll get a set of the other burrs (189?) as they're not hugely expensive and it would be nice to see how they compare.

Don’t you have both models of Niche as well? Be interesting if you could dial all three in with the same coffee and do a taste comparison.

Yes I do, currently I use the zero for espresso and the duo for filter, I’m hoping to replace both with the Philos.

If i have all three here at the same time I’ll conduct the experiment you suggest.
