Always looked amazing to me and sells out really quickly. The Cantonese BBQ chef/teacher is amazing.

^ I see they run a barbecue masterclass. Has anyone here done one (anywhere, not necessarily at this place)?
I've only ever learned how to barbecue from books & YouTube - I'm thinking that a hands on might be more informative (and it means I can give my family a ThingTheyCanBuyMeForMyBirthday™).
