cheap Orbea katu, looks a bit tired but £175

It's an entry-level, if not the cheapest you could get (w. rim brakes, derailleur and no dynamo hub).
Plus a Katu without its basket hanging on the steering tube is a missed shot :x
But the frame could serve as project starter :)
