Could only find this rubbish photo with 33mm rubber - doesn't show clearance but these were comfortable & there was still room for slightly bigger. 35mm should be fine, possibly dependent on rim / tyre combo

Ah perfect thanks. I sense my current bike will be donating most of its components and wheels and currently has 32’s fitted.
Your bike as pictured looks 100% better than what I’m getting just by removing wheel stickers and fitting tan wall tyres.

Not a huge bargain but still decently priced and interesting? £300 Orbit frameset 54cm + wheels.
I knew Orbit built some of their bikes with asymmetric rear triangles to give undished, stronger rear wheels but hadn't thought it through till this photo showing the difference in seatstay angles and the offset canti stud to accommodate the rim off-centre-ness... https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/276587301660

A good price that. I don't want the frame but I'm glad it exists.

Yah, might be a respray that they relabeled a rourke — not sure why they did this but it’s somewhat common

cheap Orbea katu, looks a bit tired but £175
-
• #68267
It's an entry-level, if not the cheapest you could get (w. rim brakes, derailleur and no dynamo hub).
Plus a Katu without its basket hanging on the steering tube is a missed shot :x
But the frame could serve as project starter :) -

Seller is willing to take £275, would have snapped it up for a friend but logistics is a bit tricky.

Con: would necessitate going to Wolverhampton
Just confirming, I gather there is space for bigger tyres, think the seller quoted 30c but I’ve got faith your 35c estimate?
