  • First ones of the year. Dug out some frozen dough that had been sitting in the freezer from the last batch I made. Came out OK, the crusts were a little heavy but the dough was nice to handle.

  • I freeze it in balls in circular tupaware. I just get it out about 8hrs before I want to use it and leave it on the worktop.

  • Low brow, but when I use the supermarket frozen stuff I zap it in the microwave for 15 seconds at a time. 3 goes is usually enough
