I mostly find it funny that the Brits think we're upset that they used us as a penal colony, forgetting it was because Britain was full of criminals (or starving people, depending on your perspective) when "we" (my grandfather was born in London) got the better island :)

I find it funny somebody would swap the utopian land of milk and honey for warm beer and rain.

You have a LOT more places to get said warm beer.

(But mostly because you're closer to the good bits of Europe and I can earn money here without have to learn German or something)
