Did a new one today, but looking at it now... I don't think it works very well. Or at all.

Reaching back for "one I prepared earlier". I like it a lot better.

I did a quick search but couldn’t find it in the thread. It’s entirely possible my search skills failed me.

I went very early in the morning and even then I had to wait a bit for a clear stretch.

West of Hove station

Thanks! Estate agent sign pointed me in the direction of Hove but searching for 'express' shops just found a load of Tesco Express.

That's clever of you to spot "express". It is express, but I don't see how you could have spotted that!!

I can just about make out the 'R'...

I figured a corner shop was more likely 'express' than 'ypres'.

Everything is west of Hove station if you keep going far enough... It's eluding me!

I know this one. I have to go to Hove next week and will grab it if still available.

It’s a tricky one though as it looks way nicer in the photo than in person. You would make a good estate agent photographer!
