I guess this is food thread really but I love this little Japanese grill top I picked up for burning chillis, aubergines etc.
So much easier than pissing about with tongs and slippery veg.
Where did you get that one? Is it just a replacement grate from any of the Japanese grill manufacturers or is there a more cost-effective option (other than chicken wire, which I have used in the past)?
