  • Cole Palmer arriving at the PFA Awards dinner, he's like a little boy. Cute Palmer more like. He needs a stylist ASAP, this is Chelsea, and Chelsea is, etc.

I totally get that awkward, ASD, Messi vibe off him, the kid's a footballing freak of nature.

  • No way out owners are dishing out £300k a week contracts. They could get 6 teenage Brazilians kids for that kind of money.

  • Done deal, Conor gone.

  • a keeper who didn't start a league game last season

I hope you're ready for Muric when he's fit. Definitely one for the keepers are a different breed. Amazing ability with his feet paired with heart attack inducing play.

  • I’ve got no issue with selling academy players but there’s something fundamentally wrong in the manner they’re doing it. It’s utterly classless but entirely how you expect American club owners to do things if their own sports are the yardstick. It would also help if they stopped buying dross. They must honestly think they can sell Joao Felix for a tidy margin next season or they’re expecting to sell Palmer for a record fee. Nothing these owners have done over the last three transfer windows makes sense!!

  • they’re expecting to sell Palmer for a record fee

My money is on this. Stamford Bridge Sausage Factory.

  • He’ll come back. He’ll be asked by atleti to mark someone and he’ll end up running around backwards and forwards and find himself on the edge of the 18yard box in Chelsea.

  • What the FFP is going on with Gündogan returning to City?

  • Must be a 115 reasons why on top of Barça needing to lower their wage bill?

  • If Man City weren't winning the title already, they're certain to now.

  • Agreed. He was exceptional for Germany at the Euros (I haven't watched much La Liga recently).

  • Stamford Bridge Sausage Factory.

well thats one way of getting rid of excess players. how much would 6 spicy Kepa Arrizabalaga salchicha's cost

  • Frozen and smashed into their own pitch?

  • Combined years of players' contracts remaining for Premier League clubs:

    1). Chelsea - 191 years
    2). Tottenham - 97 years
    3). Brighton- 96 years
    4). Wolves - 83 years
    5). Man Utd - 82 years

    chelsea, winning the contracts

  • Ha, we were all commenting how steady he seemed at the weekend.

Admittedly Muric regularly does this kind of thing

  • Another home defeat on our summer tour of Scandinavia, FC Trollhättan (Swedish 3rd tier) getting knocked out of the Swedish Cup by 1st tier GAIS 2-4. Worth taking a moment to appreciate the manager's Mac though, and the DJ playing "That Don't Impress Me Much" at the final whistle was lols.

  • I remember the Brighton goal - I saw that video resurfacing again in a few whatsapp groups when we signed him too.

Christian Walton, who played at the weekend and did pretty well, didn't play at all in the league last year aside from the last few minutes of the last game - Hladky has gone back to the Czech Republic sadly.

I've got the go-ahead to go to as many games as I can this season (it might be a one-off season, apparently) - already got tickets for City away, Fulham home and BHA away, and hoping to get to Wimbledon in the League Cup next week.

I should then have enough points for the big London away days, and maybe a first trip to Anfield and St James's Park.

  • THere was similar at Everton the week before which made it even worse.

Hladky has come to Burnley, we just seem to have gone for a keeper swap.

I stopped going to City, it got too depressing.

  • Wee Billy Gilmour on his way to Napoli. Better not deep fry their pizzas.

  • Are we getting a taste of that?

  • I'm still reeling from all the shit going on with the squad right now. Where the fuck are they gonna send Chilly, Sterling, Chalobah, et al this late in the window?

    Chicken oriental.

  • Reported fee is £15m so it’ll be peanuts.
