WTD gravel suitable wheels

Does anyone have something 700c for 38mm tyres, centre lock brakes - 100x12 thru axel front and 135qr rear (or adaptable to this) tubeless ready?

Not looking for anything super spendy but would be nice if not absolute boat anchors :-)

Have some VEL with gravel king slick 38mm set up tubless that fit the bill. Think they came with QR adapters. Lemme check next week

Sorry, slow.

Bought new in October ‘23. I’ve since switched to 650b so no longer needed. Nice and light at 1550g. I have the spare spokes and manual etc at home too. 38mm gravel king slick set up tubeless. £250?
