I'm sure the quality is great but they look like they're made on a shoe last, that vamp and toe are far too slim for my taste, not at all what I'm after. Tough and elegant are the boxes I need ticking, your mate's boots are a bit too far over on the elegant side of the equation.
I'm not on the spectrum, honest. 😋

Not sure on the price but the shape is totally wrong on their offerings.
Very hard to find a silhouette I'm happy with.
