I’ve got no issue with selling academy players but there’s something fundamentally wrong in the manner they’re doing it. It’s utterly classless but entirely how you expect American club owners to do things if their own sports are the yardstick. It would also help if they stopped buying dross. They must honestly think they can sell Joao Felix for a tidy margin next season or they’re expecting to sell Palmer for a record fee. Nothing these owners have done over the last three transfer windows makes sense!!
