Mississippi more like, yeah, point taken. First time I drove through Morayfield I thought I was driving through Clarksdale, MS; Big box stores, fast food signs everywhere, three lanes of traffic in each direction.
The arse end of Deception Bay near me is pure Mississippi back country, I love it. Shame the suburban sprawl is going out that way, lots of subdivisions springing up all over. The country gets pretty wild up here, it's beautiful, man. And full of meathead rednecks who will kill you if you pick Holden instead of Ford, or vice versa

That does sound a bit like where I grew up (I mean, you'd never get killed for liking a Ford, but you might get some shit about it).
