Picked up a really nice Falcon mixte for my wife a while back, and she's asked me for new tyres but we're now realising that the options that exist for 27 1&1/4 wheels are very limited. Going to use the opportunity to give it a good once over and upgrade to 700s.
With that in mind - we're after a nice, basic but functional set of rim brake wheels, preferably with a 5/7spd freewheel to keep things simple, and then also a set of long drop brakes - Tektro do a cheap set so not so fussed about buying these new if needed, but on the offchance someone has some gathering dust, worth an ask.
Will attach a photo for reference - not after anything too flashy, won't suit this bike, just some nice silvery chrome numbers will be fine.
