Mine used to love eating every leaf/ plant/ blade of grass in the local park and then throw up for last 10 minutes of our walk.
TBF he was always "fine" in himself, so wasn't overly concerned.
If yours is off their food/ not drinking, I would recommend giving the vets a call.
Our 3yo Border Terrier had the shits recently, started on a Friday night, he was fine, just horrific turds.
Next day it carried on, but he was still chasing a ball, eating as normal, etc.
Sunday rolled around and still persisted so we called the vets, they were not concerned as his nature wasn't affected, but did give us some probiotic paste ("give" lol, they charged me £21.88 for it) and that sorted him out by Wednesday.
Tl;Dr - if your dog is out of sorts call the vets for a professional opinion.
How old is your pup?
