“Water spout”

Cambridge is a mysterious place it seems, often wondered about the lady chapel in Ely. The mast was 75m and the boat is 50m down, interesting that it didn't pole vault?
-
• #89654
Uh-huh, I'll feed the odd troll.
It fell over and then sank.
It is now, presumably, lying on its side on the seabed.Pole vault? WTF?

Presumably the water spout also washed the spiders out.
-
• #89656
Well they're not supposed to have them open this time of year for exactly that reason, just found one in my shower room and accidentally drowned it in the missed piss, giant spider crabs maybe have some expensive 🫰 tea last night possibly

Elderly lady apperently, stayed at the scene , doesn't look like project blue beam or some engineered freak weather event or earthquake manipulation unfortunately

Cars help kill thousands of people each year and we immediately jump to conspiracy bullshit because some guy was in the news beforehand?

Lots of talk on yachting forums about lifting keel being up and choice of mast material , titanium being mentioned as preferable. Aluminium is ok for a cheap bike frame and cola cans but 75m mast ?
-
• #89661
I think the mast rigging from the snapped part contributed considerably in weighting the hull and unbalanced it considerably
-
• #89662
Exactly, who jigs on a roads plenty of gravel round there and it's been dry so all the footpaths won't be muddy

All the aeroplanes are looking at you funny...

• #89664
Don't they have some titanium in the frame? Plain old wood was good 😊 don't suppose a sea plane is much good in a water spout though still

I think it's more the timing. Two people get acquitted from a huge (as I understand it) fraud case, then both die at the same time?
Whilst it's likely a coincidence, the seeds are there for people.

Had to go back and check as I read that as all bar one.

What's the thing? Ocham's Razor
Do the maths on how many 'connected' people die completely independently. Then how many of them are known to the public. Sure it's a smaller number but it's not zero.
How many people get killed over tech fraud (forgetting that these guys were acquitted)? It's not really the done thing is it? I mean, if they were accountants for underground boxing league or some shit you'd up the odds but this was some meh tech sale. Also, if you're rich and going to off them for nicking your money, why not do them together at the trial why 'do them together' but in completely fucking different scenarios, having paid off some rando 50 year old British woman? I don't think so :D

That's what they want you to think.... She's actually a hitwoman on her last job before retirement. It'll probably be a film where she's played by Liam Neeson on netflix next year.

Having ridden in this fab country for too long, I don't think you'd even need to pay people to kill on the roads here. The most likely scenario (shit driving) wins again.

Yet there is no outcry.

I thought it was the US government going after them. Makes sense as I don't think private enterprise have the weather controlling ray guns yet.

In the current political climate, where people that are not well liked by countries and world leaders have a higher chance of having an accident, the coincidence is newspaper clickbait.

Just a quick search of America and space lasers is pretty hilarious. -

"And then I see the disinfectant where it knocks it out in a minute. One minute. And is there a way we can do something like that, by injection inside or almost a cleaning?
"So it'd be interesting to check that."
Pointing to his head, Mr Trump went on: "I'm not a doctor. But I'm, like, a person that has a good you-know-what."
I think we're safe. :)

You're just obsessed with randonneuring.
Any news on the driver of the car that killed Stephen Chamberlain?
I read that less than 0.5% of federal criminal cases in the US end in acquittal. I wonder how many of those acquitted live long and healthy lives?
