If you were hunting for a successor to Boyfriend Dungeon... "Do you identify more as a bottom floor or a rooftop?"

This blew my mind

Insane. I thought I was the cats miaow when I could finish hangar 2 within a single 2m run.

Finished off Genesis Noir last night. Wasn't much of a game in the end, but looked nice and an interesting story, though I did find it hard to follow at points. Would have preferred some harder and more frequent puzzles really.

Anyone pro-ordering Star Wars Outlaws? CDkeys has it for £41.99.

I've had to have a self enforced break from Dave the Diver as spending too long on it.
Fired up the Last of Us part 2. It's so exhausting to play, good though, looks phenomenal. Really annoys me that my ammo is full though. Last time I checked it was the end of the world and there are zombies, why am I just leaving ammo behind? I've only got 20 bullets, that's not enough to be going 'nah no more for me at the moment'. Maybe it's a kindness for people that might follow? Not being greedy etc, as clearly someone has already left them once for me to find....

I'm downloading it this evening. Apparently, it can be played without completely toasting your existing install, but looks like an even bigger faff.
I don't think any other previous mods work either.
Fallout.
Without mods.
Help.

Have you installed the buffout mod? Calmed it right down for me.

I do so hope that there's some sort of Dick van Dyke character in it.

i hadn't but did it earlier and a quick test seemed better.

Are there any good skateboarding games for the switch? Is it just THPS?
-
• #29489
Check out Session. It's obviously nowhere near as good looking or smooth running as it is on the main consoles or PC, but I still find it very enjoyable.
It's a very different game from THPS though (as someone who was more on the Thrasher: Skate & Destroy side than the THPS side as a kid, this is very much a good thing)

Thanks, will do

Spent a few weeks on Ghost of Tushima (Director's Cut) and somehow that led me back to playing Witcher 3 again. Still, I last played it more than two years ago, before the Next Gen update, so there's some new content (and some best-of-breed mods bundled into it). Anybody know if the new NPCs play Gwent?

I loved this gently vandalised piece of 'art' that I spotted at our holiday sandwich shop. Top work, whoever you are.

Neil! Olli olli world is good - controls were/are a bit baffling for my aged brain (can’t undo a decade of sessioning tony hawk) but it’s fun from the start which works better for old man ‘I’ve got 30 mins spare 1-2 days a week’ lifestyle than ‘proper’ games I find.

Thanks Dan! I want to play it with my 10 year old so less complex is better

Oh, they’re simple, it’s just that I can’t unlearn ps2 Tony hawks. It’s 2d, linear with very clear objectives but also able to just do mad flips/grabs/wall rides so probably good for a kid as well as a weed-addled 40-something

Yeah, sorry I didn't realise that was what you were after, don't think Session is a good fit for that!
It's so damn relaxing to play though, absolutely love it personally.

Thanks to those that suggested Titanfall 2. I've just managed to complete it on the steamdeck!

Really enjoying 'Stray Gods'. It's like a musical adventure game.
Lower budget games really do feel better than the let down big budget games.
Dave the Diver, Stray Gods, Thank goodness you came are all excellent.
Any recommendations for more indie games welcome!

Suprised there is no Wukong talk yet?
Half into Chapter 2 and enjoying it quite a bit so far.
All information is important information!
Anyhoo I'll add some photos in a bit for interest.
