Yeah but I drove mostly at 110kph on cruise control and you can drive for miles and miles without ever having to adjust your speed so I really eaked out the best possible mpg tbh. There were plenty of times when I was without bikes on the roof where I could properly enjoy some of the French roads but there's no point doing a long slog on a Peage at 130-140kph just to save 20 mins.
Stayed in an Airbnb owned by an ex Citroen WRC test engineer with a great collection of old french cars.
The blue HY used to be owned by John Malkovich, the Renault 4 is the actual movie car from Rien à Declarer, the Purple CX is a Turbo 2 (and I think I want one), not pictured is a green HY which is his campervan, a yellow Mihari, and an Avantime.
The green sports car is a Caravelle (I'd never even heard of one or seen a picture of one, let alone seen one in real life).
The Z3 is a very special one of one Individual factory build for a rich German owner he bought it off. Z3M chassis, 2.8 engine, custom body styling, 3 piece wheels, special exhaust, slightly different interior, and all exactly as they built it at the factory!!
