Bike looks good as well. Wouldn't low rider panniers be nicer for this sort of ride? Looks like a lot of weight heigh up over the front wheel?
I have plans to make some over winter when riding stops and making happens!
I did feel like the weight was high up, steering felt sluggish at best. Perhaps some news forks with a lower trail would suit too.
