Must have been more than 10 years since I stood on a skateboard. And certainly some 30+ years since it was this one... back at it for a session of 'can I still do this' at age 54! Chose 78A Slammer wheels comfort over speed, also not to scare myself too much.
Pumptrack in the local park is fun, took a few laps before I got the hang of it and completed a lap without stepping off or pushing. It will probably be a while before I try the concrete bowls next to it though ;-)
Attachment: Also I learned that now there are electric 'bikes' (with no pedals or chain) for 5-year olds. In the generations to come, people will stop pedalling altogether I suppose :-(
