Yes. You'll also need new cranks.

Bought some wheels from the lovely @infmz back in March with the intention of slightly modernising my 2007-era brompton (with the old style Sachs hub), and replacing the worn chain while I'm at it. Best laid plans and all that... I'm only just getting round to ordering the bits I need and not sure if I've got everything. The wheels I bought didn't come with an indicator chain or anchorage, and I'm assuming I can't reuse these parts from the Sachs hub. Sooo here's my shopping list:
Will these parts be all I need to swap the rear wheels? Have replaced the cables pretty recently so hoping I don't also need new shift cable & housing for the slightly different cable anchorage thingy. Also not sure if I can reuse the axle bolts from the Sachs wheel on this one?
For reference this is what the wheel I bought from infmz looks like:

The last time I looked you couldn't get a cartridge ISO BB to fit a Brompton, I hope this has changed. I chucked my Sugino 75s on, will need a replacement at some point.

I know nothing about Bromptons, apart from how to bend a chainring on one apparently (stupidity rather than mad watts). How do I figure out what would work as a replacement? Photo attached if that's helpful. I don't know the age or model of the bike, it's a shared one that lives in a cupboard at work.

These old-school cranksets were pretty easily upgradable to the current design. Just get a suitable BB (JIS 119mm) and the newer Brompton cranksets and you're good to go. Or play around with custom hacks.

I'm in the process of upgrading mine to the new cranks. Once I have successfully done this I will have the old crankset available, you'd be welcome to have them if that's any help?
(Note the older cranks like yours had an integrated crank and chainring so you can't "just" replace the chainring.)

Hey man, thanks for the kind words. I've only just seen this message. I've got a few wheel spares that you can take for free, including the indicator chains, nuts etc.
Get in touch and I'll show you what I've got.

I have a standard rear rack but very rarely use it other than liking the improved rolling.
What are my mini rack options for shedding a bit of weight but retaining easy rolling? Anyone selling something suitable?
-
• #15693
Are you using the rack for stability or carrying things?
-
• #15694
Just stability really. Occasional carrying capability would be nice but not essential
-
• #15695
I’ve got a H&H version which is much lighter and can accommodate more parcel if needed.
However if it is just stability then a lot of the forum people used this one:

Can the foam grips be removed non destructively?
Aren't the old ones ISO though ?
