This event is really good, only in it's 2nd year. It's 50 mile race but also has a lite version. It's laps of a 5 mile course in Epping Forest and the Harriers are a great club.

Thanks - unfortunately, it comes a bit too soon - there's no way in hell I'll get to 50 miles in the next 3 weeks.

Ah ok , There's the lite version which is less than 50 miles and what you can manage/feel like on the day.
5 mile loop as many times as you want but not ten times.
