WTD dinky, less than 60mm, 1 1/8 25.4 stem, racks

These would have to be posted to Kent or put by for me to come and pick up in London in October. I need to put two rat bikes together for my new commute and the first of these needs to be tons shorter in reach. Hence I would really appreciate your old stubby stem from your hoarde of neo retro mtb stuff please.

Both bikes will need racks and as this is a for mega budget my plan, as I have done previously, iss to get somesuitable rear racks and chop them to run at the front with a plastic crate. If yu can help with this I would be super grateful too.
