I have the Top RC 450mm P-51 RTF? Flew it last week in fact. Hard to destroy TBF. They are pretty resilient little fukers. Need a field with some grass cushioning. No obstacles. Put it in full gyro assist to start and do some simple turns at half throttle. The rudders are pretty pathetic so use the throttle / aileron / elevators for most manoeuvres. When you get bored of that take it to half gyro assist and try some rolls / loops at full throttle with the trick switch. You will need height otherwise you will drive it into the ground. Full gyro off is near impossible at that scale. I only use to nose dive and recover with gyro assist. Good to get a spare prop as even tho they pop off you can shear a blade off on said stack. Also a spare battery will extent your run time.
Who was talking mini rc planes , specially a 4 gyro mustang. Think I am getting one for my bday and be good to get some tips so I do not destroy on day one :)
