I'm with you on this, did it once and then did it again a year later because I'm a cheap bastard. Terrible experience, US customs is the worst.

Two A380s unloaded there and they had two desks running. Then one desk went on break.

Hours in a queue only to be "greeted" by some actively hostile arsehat.
