Last time I did it with a Watermelon and Feta salad which was epic (James Cochran did some recipes which included jerk chicken but I wasn't convinced that his recipe was better than the above, though I didn't try it). I like the shiny glaze on the bbc one but I use less bbq sauce and opt for some additional rum, soy and lime.
The marinade time is key I find and I slash the skin so the marinade can all the way through
