• I bought this from @andymatthews in November last year with the intention of carrying a toddler, but he point-blank refuses. Ha.

We used it for ferrying people and parts around for a project between units here recently and it's been brilliant - Guys in the workshop love using it, but it's not needed anymore.
Stickers from Andy still on there. I didn't get a chance to clean it, sorry.
Now fitted with a dropper - fitted in a rush, haven't trimmed the cable yet!
2x headlights, rear light - all run really well and provide a load of light from the dynamo.
Bontrager cruiser bar fitted recently, handles nicely.
    Wheels feel bombproof.
    Brakes incredibly strong.
Frame bags are particularly nice. Andy clearly spent alot on this.
All working well, not sure how many miles on it.
I can include an upgrade extra brand new XT 11 speed drivetrain set for another £150 if you want (chain, 11-42 cassette, derailleur, shifter)

    Bought for £2250 inc VAT
    Selling for £2000 inc VAT - (£1665.65+vat).
    Full invoice provided.
    Now 1900 including vat

In Norwich, but I can bring into London if I get a deposit - I'm due to be in West London soon.
    Thanks
    Sam

  • Ahh that’s a shame! It’s a brilliant bike and I do miss it sometimes. Hope someone snaps it up.

  • @Monster1985 it is available again now. You commented on my previous sale post after it was sold.

  • Ah tempting but I bought something else in the meantime

  • Thanks Andy! Hope all's well.
Yeah, it's been really great during a 5 month job, ferrying parts and people between units. Everyone can jump on and enjoy it. It was indispensable during that time.

Now it's over and the toddler is digging his heels in, it feels like the time to sell :(

  • I appreciate there is very little chance of this....but if you were to split off the front wheel / the new owner doesn't want a dynamo setup, then id be interested.

  • Sorry, The front wheel is integral to selling the rest of the bike I think.

I've had some interest but no complete sale yet.
Price drop to £1950 inc vat.
That's £1625+vat - if you are a business and can claim the VAT back, as £325 from the sale is going straight to VAT crew.
I think the price is right, considering custom bags, dynamo, lights, dropper, good wheels.

    Ideally collection from Norwich still.
Could drop in East London for a fee when I'm next in town, if I had a deposit.
    Thanks
    Sam

  • think the price is right,

I'd say it's more than right, it's a bargain price given the extras. I'd snap it up if i didn't have an Omnium. GLWS!

  • Thanks.
I think somebody had one on here sell for £2000 recently, but without dynamo lighting (front/rear) and more stock-spec.
Location makes a difference with somethings so big though doesn't it.

  • I reckon persuade your toddler.

  • Sweets/ & or another toddler would likely work

  • Yeah, good shout. I put the childseat on the rear rack of this last night and he enjoyed it with his bike on the front - could be a transition to the front seat soon.... we'll see.
Although it's still for sale if anyone is interested.

  • What absolutely made it for my two was a cargo box. It’s more money to spend (and mine is electric too) but if you are thinking of trying to make it work….

  • Thanks.
I started with a car seat and ratchet strap to see how it went before committing to anything more expensive or custom....but the current phase is 'do the opposite of what the parents want', so it was a no-go.... Maybe he spotted my bodge.
.... The Bullitt accessories are so expensive aren't they. Seems like they make all the difference though

  • I had the box on mine cnc’d locally then painted and screwed and glued by a man with a beard and a shed.

  • Bump for @Fishfabs and his Bullitt. I checked this out recently - brakes, dropper, shifting all working well, and the double dynamo light at front is nice. Unfortunately we couldn't make it work for us (storage), but for someone with the space this'll make a great cargo. It's also spent the last few months hauling round bits for an Ai Weiwei bike sculpture I believe, if that swings it for anyone.

  • Thanks!
Price drop, now £1900 including vat.
In Norwich, but can drop along the M11 or east London at some point for a small fee.
