Is it a recent one? Because they come with a remote and apps now so I doubt you need the tablet

And @PhilDAS we have a chromecast, that’s how I watch iPlayer/YouTube. I’d like my son to be able to watch Netflix through the TV. He’s too young for a phone/tablet.
The TV I’m replacing is over 10 years old which is why Netflix support has been dropped I guess.
