How can I stop my espresso looking like a Jackson pollock?
Taste wise and timing wise the shit is good. I’ve tried grinder coarser but the problem persists and also ruins the timing and taste.
It’s almost like some coffee is getting through the holes and it’s pissing everywhere rather than just the liquid.
I’m using wdt and giving it a good tamp. I don’t have a distribution tool current.
If it tastes good who cares?
I know what you’re saying. But it’s very messy and it interferes with my sense of perfection
