+1 fuck off and die to the copper choppers. Why haven't they all been replaced by far, far cheaper drones by now anyway?

Imagine how much surveillance they could do with drones for the price of the helicopter fleet. Looks like around 120M quid of helicopters... that's a lot of drones to be spying on people.

What are you going to find out by looking at the heads of people? Bob met Fred in the park for 20 minutes? Isn't that already available by tracking mobile phone location from base station data?
