Wanted - cheap large frame&forks, steel, approx 59cm square

Got a guest visiting the UK for a few weeks in September and I'd like to build them up a bike to get around on.

I'm after some sort of steel road/touring frame and forks (clearance for 32mm and canti mounts a big plus) to build up as a cheap beater.
I have wheels and bits to build it with, but any parts bin extras a bonus too.

In the region of 59cm square.

Aesthetic condition irrelevant, but must be structurally sound with good threads etc etc.

London pick up for cash.

It's not steel but it fits the majority of your requirements - I have a specialized tricross for sale in the relevant section. Plenty of mounts, including canti. Happy to post and discuss pricing!

Resprayed Raleigh 531 touring type frame, not cantilever but I can supply calipers and will need posting, 59cm seatpost.

Fwiw, if this is built similarly to my Record Ace, 27”-> 700C will allow plenty of space for 32c tires and mudguards too.
