Lots of Holdsworth frame number dating info and catalogue pics on the web. Factory built frame (tell by the pop rivets) so not too special. Not cast lugs, so that adds to the interest. 531 was the top tubing at that time, for UK builders at least.

Frame number is 4277, my brief look into this suggested it was a frame from the 40s which I didn't quite believe

Possibly 531 plain guage tubing rather than double butted....still a good frame.

56cm square holdsworth from well before the planet x brand buyout. Someone convinced me it was 531 when I bought the frame off here years ago but there are no stickers to confirm.
