The obvious answer being that it’s quicker, especially using an EU passport entering the EU.

I know why I did it because people said some shit about using the passport of the country you're in yada yada but I forgot about the fact we were staying in Bankok foir a couple of nights.
The EU stuff is easy for us with one of each, we just take the fastest line and if anyone gets pissy I remind them that every fucking border has told us to "travel together" whenever we've split up so fuck off.

I caused much drama when going back to Oz via Bangkok, having entered the country on my UK and trying to leave on my Aussie :)
Renewing UK passports with dual is a cunt, because the scum UK want both. So if you travel a lot, like moi, you're basically forced to use their double price fast service just so some prick in an office can photocopy your other passport. They won't accept "user provided" photocopies, the wankers.
