Check the rules in general, for france you can apply for citizenship once you've been married for 5 years whether you live in the country or not.

Ealing has had a Polish population since at least 1940-ish when the Polish Air Force was based at RAF Northolt. Ealing is virtually Polish sovereign territory.
I have a few email addresses. One of them is a common saying. I get so much random shit to it.
