Brooks Team Professional saddle with brooks saddle spanner.

Saddle is in need of TLC

It dates from January 1980. The original badging on the wings is still just about readable. Some rather nice metal Cycle bag loops have been added to the rail.

However, it has been over generously treated with Proofide or other conditioner and the leather is soft and sags. There is an obvious tear at the back. The saddle was used like this which says a lot about how well they were made and what people can put up with. This is all, of course, reflected in the price.
