New Baracchi (frameset) courtesy of someone walking onto a zebra crossing without looking. Exactly the same as my last bike, except the paint is black and sparkly. Onepiece bar and stem likely the next piece of the puzzle.

Clean build. Your brake hoods look bang on.
While out on my ride this morning I noticed the bar slip causing it to rotate up. Think the the hoods need to rotate down?

AliExpress jobbie. My previous AliExpress saddle has been faultless across 20000km, but I wanted to see what the hype was with a 3d printed saddle.

I think some proper brake levers, even if they're the 'fake' type, would result in a smoother transition

but I wanted to see what the hype was with a 3d printed saddle.
Thoughts so far?

Finally got round to bleeding the brakes and finishing this. Front end a temporary solution though I quite enjoy the non aero cables for now

So far so good, but it's a noticeable different shape to my last saddle, so my butt is still getting used to the shape. Give me another 1000km and I'll report back.
I have noticed that it's chewing through my bib sorts where they rub against the nose of the saddle. Again, tbd if this is due to the material of the bibs or if it's just intrinsic to the saddle.

I've had tektro style levers mounted to these bars using brakes for a short stint but decided to change to a swept back touring shape to help compensate for a frame too long for me..

Very tidy - I kinda like the standard bars and stem... looks like it's got intention?

A few months ago @M_V added a disc brake mount to my Lemond Poprad 853 and notched the chain stays for increased tyre clearance.
And yesterday I finally finished putting it back together! Rides beautifully! Thanks Andre!
