Easy Peasy Puppy Squeezy (I hate the name) by Steve Mann is pretty good and recommended by my partner and her colleagues

Would also recommend Easy Peasy Puppy Squeezy. I found it helpful reading before the four-legged arrives and that gap until you can get outside / take them to training classes. Also an easy read.

Make sure you and whoever else walks the pup are really consistent with the training. Using exactly the same commands and rewards every single time, regardless of who's doing the training. It made loads of difference when we got Crumpet, loads quicker.
