Yeah I’ve read mixed reviews about them. Apparently the more recent ones(mahogany sides and different preamp) are better than the previous version with the all-over paint job.
No doubt there’s much nicer sub £300 acoustics out there but I’m certainly not in the market for the foreseeable lol.I’m mostly just setting an a minor drone note for an hour on YouTube and pootling around the pentatonic scale. That was my homework and sticking to it. In the process have worked out a few riffs from Sleep and Witch.

The Malibu sounds very boxy, a bit cheap, if I'm honest. I seem to remember someone on here saying they have the next size up and it sounds much better.
