That's nice. I'd swap out the rear mech for sth a bit nicer personally for a little extra ✨. Sure it'll get snapped up.

This was a deliberate choice, but indeed there are jazzier rear derailleurs.

Looks much better with flat bars than the drops it used to have

Rode this to the shops last night and measured the ETT as 58cm. Amazing bike, the dynamo setup is really cash for towning about, I can't remember exactly what the front light is but it's beyond adequate..
Now #250.

Damn. Making me doubt my current choice of town/pub bike, big time...

Oo this is lovely, after similar for a mate, would take if only it was a bit smaller for someone 5'7.
Have a bump, GLWS

Right now it's 73cm centre of BB measuring along the tube to the middle of saddle
Bought from on here and fitted a new cheap rear wheel with hg freehub, rebuilt front dyanmo wheel with new rim, continental contact urban 700 x 47(come up a bit smaller) velo orange mudguards (very close clearance on the back wheel) v random v brakes, swoopy bars, mks pedals, etc.
It's got many mounts, even a down tube bottle holder so it's fully prepared for expedition tours down to the shops, etc, though as it's a old school touring bike (with pleasant new school clearance and headset) I assume it could go on an actual expedition.
I had a pelago front rack on it which handled very very nicely. Not sure if it's "low trail geometry" or just the sturdy nature of touring bikes.
I'm sadly not doing the commute I was so no longer have any need for it and need to sell to fund other projects.
It's a 56cm, but set up flat bar it's fine for me as a 5'9 long legged type. It could definitely go bigger, possibly not smaller.
The paint is a bit worn but is actually a really gorgeous dark green sparkly when the light catches it .
I'm going to start at 300, hopefully that's not crazy, I'm sure I'll be told if it is. Will have to be collected from Cambridge but I can meet at the station most evenings.
