I’ve never got on with cold brew. It’s always ‘missing’ the bits that make coffee enjoyable: acidity, bitterness, astringency, roasty flavour. I’ve always found espresso or pourover dumped over ice far more enjoyable.

I’ve been having espresso over ice last week. But saw that the spb did cold brew so thought I’d give it a whirl.
Weirdly I like the cold brew because it lacks the acidity, bitterness and astringency.
