The other day I went to the airport to pick up my wife. As I walked in the building a guy was just being met by his mum, he had a moustache, mullet and was wearing a green and yellow jersey of some time. 100% Aussie. Until I heard him speak in a thick Manc accent.

It is...but I feel it does slightly exemplify the x-gaming of the Olympics. It's really fun, but does it really show the best paddlers? Don't think so.
