The internet informs me that these are excellent tyres, but I wouldn't know as I've never used them. I got them for doing long road rides, which I just don't seem to do anymore

Will these fit on 700c wheels? and what is 2.15 in mm?

They will, as listings for 29, 28 and 700c are all the same thing :-)
