Probably yes but could also be due to leniency on the second MOT.
Places that sell cars that can issue MOT’s themselves can potentially be on the very lenient side.
See also- places that only do MOT’s and “only pay if you pass”. There’s a place in Deptford that’ll practically pass anything that makes it to the ramp.
So, I'm off to go look at a car this weekend.
I've checked out the MOT history. If there are advisories, which there, for a prior MOT if they don't appear in the latest MOT do I assume they've been fixed or not?
