Thanks. Apparently iFont was already installed and installing the corporate font was fine for use in Word. Now my issue is that when I convert to PDF it changes the font back to something default. I've tried exporting from Word as PDF, and converting by selecting file from within Acrobat.
Strangely, I can edit the PDF and change the font to the right one, but only line by line so it's a bit laborious.
How to fix?

Work docs use a custom corporate branding font. Is there any way to install this on iPad Pro so that it can be used in Microsoft Word app?
