Hate to piss on the dumpster fire but that BB looks awfully low.
Had a similar idea not so long ago and according to my drawings a 470mm A-C fork with 451 20" would equate to 395mm A-C with 559 26" for similar tyre width.
I reckon 622 28" means round about 500 A-C with 451 20". Add another 20 odd mm A-C for a 406 20".
