Thanks, I am trying to make this as friendly as possible on all sides of this. Epc is something I will be working towards getting as high as possible within my ability. Has previously been rated C, but no idea how. I need to get it redone.
Also keen to make it disability friendly although it might not be possible due to the size of the door frames but we will see, it’s perfectly level from the outside to inside so it’s a good start. I’ll need to get some guidance here.

Interesting project, keep track of everything you spend on the project and keep the EPC C 2030 rules in mind if making any upgrades.
