Here how that teravail tire looks like when mounted. No idea why this started happening. Tyre relatively new, as seen from thread. One side is completely discoloured and leaking, might be because of the exposure to the sun or some reaction with the grease from the chain or chain wash liquid that got onto it. I assume you could still use it with tube or try sealing with thicker sealant like orange.
