It does. I’ve seen and been around a lot of damaged carbon in the last decade, and this is very far from the worst I’ve seen.

This will be going recycling next week.
I got this from @Freddie92 for a project that’s fallen through as I don’t have the right tooling.
It’s categorised as DAMAGED. It’s been in a head on crash as far as I know. A professional would tell you not to use it. It’s your call.
