Welder needed

Hey, everyone. I need some help with my Dahon 3. Need to weld (if it's possible ) the part that connects tube holding all the steering part to the frame. Let me know if someone can sort it out.

I reckon I'd prefer a good repair to a replacement; seems like it wasn't beefy enough in the first place.

Had no idea about the earlier days of Dahon and their inventor David Hon and now I do after looking up that bike

That model of Dahon has been out of production for decades and spare parts availability was always spotty last century.
